Being prepared and predicting problems prevent "accidents". That's why preparing every single class is important.

Wether "New Teachers" or "Old Dogs", Time management is an issue that always torments us. This was very helpful! Thank you. P.S. Teachers! Don't hesitate to ask your coordinators for help. That's what we are here for!

I would like to know, what is the best way to guide a teacher who is late? Do I take over the class? How do I reorganize the class program, do I make a deal with students to stay a little longer? Thanks a lot!

That's my main problem. Sometimes i'm crazy because of that but this tips are great. I've never thought of combining two activities. Very good, thanks a lot.

Very good. The tips are extremely valuable. I understand, like Sergio, that accidents are present so that we can learn to avoid them in future. This is sometimes called root cause analysis.
