Great sharing! In my opinion, good and 'bad' students must receive feedbacks, after all, it is all about improvement, doesn't matter where they are. The concepts of good and bad students also must be reconsidered, once everybody is here to develop.

About written assignments I also take notes commenting on what the students wrote. When they talk about their work or family, it´s interesting to them because we show we care about what they write, more than just point out mistakes.

I agree! Both good and weak students need feedback! Good students also have their weaknesses!

Very interesting closing when you say: -'It's your feedback...' That's exactly what it means. Their feedback is their responsibility as well. A student reaps what he sows.
