I think that the students' voices are the teachers' raw material for the class. Without them, there isn't a beginning.

Listening to our students is fundamental to understand them and help them overcome their fears.

It's not an easy task to overcome the students' shyness.

We are only able to help our students out if we listen to their voices and what they have to say. Being able to do this and to be aware of their difficulties is crucial for the learning process.

I believe that when we listen to our students' opinion we can understand their problems and difficulties and we feel more comfortable to help them out.
