Each one of us is an interesting book that asks to be read. Undoubtfully, we are rich sources of knowledge, but one must know how to read.

The knowledge/strategies-sharing atmopheres suggested by Sérgio are marvelous ideas because they promote more intimacy among teachers and encourage teachers to self-evaluated themselves and see in what they can add or improve in their daily teaching.

It's very interesting the way ideas come up when we share our difficulties in class!! Being a teacher is all about multiplying knowledge and if we can do that with our colleagues it will certainly reach students!

I can´t imagine teaching without sharing ideas, experiments, succeding and failing. Everything we do brings us new knowledge to our lives.

It's always important to share what we know and practice. It makes us grow, not only as teachers but also as human beings.

The experience of teaching itself is all about sharing. Sharing strategies, then, is sharing how to share, which I believe is quite beautiful. I totally agree with Sérgio. I think it'll be nice to see what solutions other teachers came up with!

This knowledge-sharing working environment suggested by Sérgio is highly profitable in a school. A "sharing" moment you have with a peer in the Teachers' room will impact your teaching a lot. Definitely some food for thought...
