Teamwork is worthwhile. I feel I´ve already benefited from my colleagues´ sharing, so I will also share, even though I have less experience than they.

I loved this idea. I used to have a diary when I started teaching and it really helped me to be more confident and aware of my mistakes. Every teacher should do this. Reflection is a key word in this profession.

Sharing your weakness and fears is really a brave act. We feel much better when we talk about a mistake we commited and people understand you than when we don´t talk.

Exactly, Sergio! We have been keeping a diary ('our log') at You Move Hauer since our very first classes. We comment on stuff like: 'review too long', 'students had a blast doing interaction', and so on.
