Looking back, reflecting on what we have performed is certainly no easy task and needs to be trained. As As a Coordenator and esp after watching Feedbacks that Sergio gave to my teachers I see how important our role is to help them w this.

When I started to teach at CLAC-UFRJ, we used to write our self-evaluation after each class. Nowadays, I do that only mentally, taking notes of the weak points for improvement for next class. It helps a lot!

I believe that the questions presneted before the debate are excellent to aware teachers about the teaching job they're doing in class. I'll keep them in mind! :)

Usually, I remember my strategies step-by-step when either they run perfectly well - 'cause it's very impressive to me, LOL - or when they did'nt work - 'cause it's dearly fustrating to me, :-( TO BE CONTINUED

Evaluating our own classes is a must. Running the same class twice in a day and the first one works, but the second doesn’t, happens! Weird, but we need to analyze the students which classes are prepared for.

The Class Appraisal feedback is a great opportunity we have to learn more and become better teachers.

There's always room for improvement. Keep thinking, there is always a new possibility.
