I agree with you Marcelle, as time goes by, we get new experiences that will help us along the way. And it's really important to share this experience with other teachers as well.

Above all, the variety of students and people is beautiful. We can learn a lot with them.

I do believe in mutual adaptation when we're talking about learning styles - it's a two-way street process, where teachers and students should do their best to develop better.

It is important to prepare a good class where students can cope with the teaching style so they feel confidents and they can express their knowledge in the classroom

It would be very cool if we thought just in our own learning styles while we're preparing classes... But, in my opinion, it would be a little selfish, wouldn't it? In certain aspect, students are way more fragile than teachers. TO BE CONTINUED...

Great tips! The most interesting part of all this is that we become "gap collectors". It not only brings us possible solutions for the situations we've been trought, but also gives us experience to deal with the upcoming ones.
