"You learn as you teach". It's amazing to look back and analyze the paths we had taken in order to make teaching a successful experience. Classrooms are labs where we work constantly to adapt to the different learning processes, trying new formulas.

It's very weird to watch ourselves after an interview. There is so much more left to say... Next time I'll prepare myself the same way I do for a class. Maybe this way I could cover all the topcis i would like to talk about. :)

We must be competent at both having a theoratical overview and a range of techniques/strategies at our disposal. The most interesting thing is that we'll only be able to come up w/ solutions for the problems we have as we face chalenges as Chris did.

Teachers and students own high expectations all the time.This is part of being human being.Emotional aspects. Adapting ourselves and multiplying our traits is something amazing.Students feel it and it makes a huge difference on their learning process
